The Gardens

The original design of the garden was carefully reproduced as part of the restoration of Ellenborough Park, with herbaceous borders that evoke a sense of the country manor house and a beautifully crafted Knot garden echoing the building’s Elizabethan roots.

• Guests are welcome to take a stroll in the sun before dinner, or opt for an invigorating walk through the wild flowers on Cleeve Hill
• Dubarry boots, Hunter wellingtons and umbrellas are available to borrow from the Boot Room
• Breakfast or afternoon tea can be taken on the terrace and picnics are also available to order
• Drinks and light lunches are served by the outdoor swimming pool where guests can relax on comfortable sun loungers
