Be the first to Escape to Ellenborough,
from 12th April – 16th May
We are all in much need of an escape this year, so jump the queue and enjoy an exclusive retreat! We are delighted to announce that following the Government roadmap we are able to open our Mews Rooms from the 12th April – 16th May. These fabulous rooms are totally self-contained with private entrances.
Our services will of course be a little different at this time, but our team are working hard behind the scenes to ensure an early break can be enjoyed in true Ellenborough style. Despite the main hotel and indoor restaurants being closed, our new Alfresco Menu can be enjoyed on the South Lawn or delivered to the Mews.
The best news is that the Ellenborough Spa will be open for treatments and relaxation. April weather predictions allude to perfect lazy days by the fully heated outside pool. The estate can be explored with plenty of stunning views and as always fury friends are welcome to stay too.
Home from Home
Located in the Mews and Ellenborough Gate all self-contained rooms have their own access and most have their own private patio, two bedrooms have their own small enclosed private garden. Surrounded with peaceful countryside views, ideal for a break away or change from the reputative working from home setting.
Sumptuous beds, crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels and snug bathrobes await. Discreet bedroom servicing as you choose, either daily or extras upon request. A hot Cotswold breakfast will be delivered to you each morning and our extensive menu can be enjoyed in your preferred location. Plus our cosy companion chairs and ‘tow & go bar’ called the Taittinger Box will always be onsite for a cheeky flute of Champagne!
The Alfresco terrace provides a suntrap throughout the day and evenings are will be warmed with plenty of heaters, blankets and coverings to ensure your experience is a snug and comfy one. But do remember to dress appropriately as we are dealing with the unreliable British weather. Plus we are very excited to announce the impending arrival of our NEW dining carriages, bookable for lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Our new menu is perfect for dining outdoors, options include delicious sharing platters, flame grilled steaks and fresh salads.
May onwards will see the opening of our new ‘Cedar Pavilion’. This pop-up cosy eatery will be set within an impressive stretch tent from South Africa. A special new addition to the estate that will propose a swanky setting with festoon lighting, crafted wooden tables, vibrant fire bowls and cedar views.
