Here at Ellenborough Park, we’re truly appreciative of all mums and everything they do for their families. To celebrate this, we’ve put together some extra special Mother’s Day treats for 2020.

From lunches and spa treatments, to a night in our luxury hotel, we have plenty of options for you to spoil your mum with this year.

Mother’s Day lunch
Enjoy a delicious three-course Mother’s Day lunch in our fine dining restaurant. Our specially created menu is made up of mouth-watering dishes such as smoked salmon, roast lamb and a dark chocolate cremeux, we’ve catered for all tastes (and vegetarians). Round off with coffee and petit fours and all mums will of course receive a special treat, compliments of Ellenborough Park.

Don’t fear if you can’t make it on the 22nd of March, our delicious roasts are available every Sunday. You and your guests can sit back and relax in our traditional oak panelled dining room while our executive chef and friendly staff prepare and serve Cheltenham’s best Sunday lunch.

Visit our spa
If there’s one thing we’re good at, it’s helping our guests feel truly relaxed. Your mum can forget about the stresses of busy everyday life with a visit to our 5-star spa. We’re proud to offer an extensive range of luxury and holistic therapies which have been carefully perfected by our expert therapists.

Each of our spa treatments are individually tailored to our guests to ensure you get the most out of the experience. Whether you want to treat your mum, partner or mum-to-be to a facial, massage, beauty or pregnancy treatment, we’ve got something for everyone.

Make a night of it
If relaxing lunches and indulgent spa treatments sound right up your street, why not extend your day trip and stay with us for a night or two? Our lavish rooms are beautifully complemented by our comprehensive facilities which include a fitness centre, lounge, afternoon tea, bar and beautiful grounds.

There’s lots to do at Ellenborough Park but if you fancy venturing into Cheltenham, there’s also plenty to explore in the local area.

Completed in 1991 and built to a very high standard, The Bacon Theatre boasts state-of-the-art facilities and plays host to some of the very best when it comes to professional touring theatre. Shows include live music, dance, film, celebrity speakers and productions by talented local youth clubs and charities.

A unique opportunity to step back in time and experience train travel from 50 years ago, the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway is a must when visiting Cheltenham. On the 29-mile round trip, you’ll enjoy the glory of steam with panoramic views of the stunning local countryside.

  • Pittville Park

The largest ornamental park in Cheltenham, Pittville Park is the perfect excursion for sunny days. With a pump room, lakes, children’s play area and aviaries with birds and rabbits, there’s plenty for the whole family.

  • Cheltenham has much more to offer including the famous racecourse, shopping and an impressive selection of bars and restaurants.
