Headed up by Executive Chef, Andrew Birch, our fine dining restaurant focuses on providing a produce led menu inspired by the seasons. With classic British influences and discrete service, dining at The Restaurant is an intimate and luxurious experience.
Pouring care and creativity into every dish, The Restaurant is set to impress, whatever the occasion. Each dish has been crafted by Andrew with quality driving his inspiration for each item on the menu. The team working together to provide effortless yet impeccable service to our guests is Restaurant Manager, Elliott Camm and Sommelier, David Knipli.
Our offering of fine seasonal dishes on the à la carte and tasting menus, allows you to try a whole host of culinary delights each time you visit. The Restaurant maintains our longstanding focus on only the very best ingredients.

Run by our Executive Chef, the kitchen and front of house teams work extremely hard to ensure that each experience is unforgettable. Each dish that comes out of the kitchen encapsulates its very own unique blend of seasonal flavours and colours, created to impress all; showcasing only the best of the Cotswolds and Great Britain.
Please note that children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the Restaurant for dinner service. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are permitted in the Restaurant at 18:30.
